I've coached many teams in the past so i can tell good from bad.. During the 2hr practice i watched the 3 coaches for 10 girls age 13... these guys were determined, methodical and compassionate.. Guys who obviously connect with their players... watching catching drills with Brad was refreshing to say the least. This practice was for a travel team not youth city sport team... these guys were prepping their players to play not participate.. Excited for these girls they are blessed. ”
